सुनो, हे मृत्यु के पथिक…

सुनो वह अनकहा मन्त्र,

जो ब्रह्म के कानों में

सृष्टि की पहली धड़कन ने फुसफुसाया था—

"सांस ही आरम्भ… सांस ही अंत!"

जब शून्य गर्जना करता है,

और नक्षत्र अपने पथ पर थम जाते हैं,

तब एक अदृश्य शक्ति,

तुम्हारे भीतर आग जलाती है—

पहली सांस की आग!

वह आग…

जो नवजात के फेफड़ों को खोलती है,

जो यमराज के सिंहासन को कहती है—

"अभी नहीं!"

लेकिन समय—

समय कभी थमता नहीं,

वह एक-एक सांस गिनता है,

मानो योद्धा अपने आखिरी तीर गिन रहा हो।

जब तुम्हारा रणभूमि का सूर्य डूबने को होता है,

जब तुम्हारी बाहों की तलवारें ढीली पड़ जाती हैं,

और आंखों के दीपक काँपने लगते हैं,

तब…

अंतिम सांस आती है—

मौन का राजदूत बनकर।

वह कहती है—

"हे योद्धा, अब चल,

अब तेरी कथा धूल में लिखी जाएगी,

तेरे नाम की गूंज

तारों में दर्ज होगी।"

सुनो!

यह जीवन न धन से है,

न यश से, न पद से—

जीवन केवल उन सांसों का संग्राम है

जो तेरे साथ हैं… अभी!

तो जीओ…

ऐसे जीओ जैसे प्रत्येक सांस

तेरी क़सम हो,

तेरा रण हो,

तेरी अंतिम पुकार हो।

कैसे सबकुछ खोने वाला, सबकुछ जानता है,

जो खुद राख हुआ, वही अब अग्निपथ बनाता है।

जिसे दुनियावालों ने मिट्टी समझ फेंका था,

आज वही तूफ़ानों से टकरा कर लौट आता है।

वो टूटा नहीं था, तप रहा था अंदर,

हर हार में भी जीत का बीज बोता रहा है।

वो गिरा नहीं था, बस झुका था पल भर,

अब सीना तान के किस्मत से भी लड़ता रहा है।

जिसने भूख सही, अपमान पिया,

जिसकी आँखों से माँ भी छिपकर रोई थी।

आज उसकी चीखों से पहाड़ काँपते हैं,

जिस ज़मीन को चूमा, वहाँ क्रांति बोई थी।

जो अकेला था, उसे दुनिया ने पागल कहा,

पर उसकी खामोशी में सदीयों का इंकलाब था।

वो मुस्कराया नहीं — वो जला था भीतर,

उसके आंसुओं में भी आग का अल्फ़ाज़ था।

कब्र से उठकर जो चल पड़ा हो,

उसे रास्ते की दीवारें नहीं डरातीं।

वो मौत को भी सीधा आँखों में देखे,

क्योंकि वो अब तक़दीर नहीं — खुदा बन जाता है।

जिसे कुछ नहीं बचा, उसके पास सबकुछ है,

क्योंकि अब उसे खोने का डर नहीं।

अब वो वक्त नहीं देखता, वो वक्त बनाता है,

अब वो किस्मत नहीं पढ़ता, वो किस्मत लिखता है।

अब उसकी चुप्पी भी शोर करती है,

उसके इरादे अब हथियार बन चुके हैं।

वो नाम नहीं चाहता, मुकाम नहीं चाहता,

वो खुद जलता है… ताकि लाखों जल सकें।

कर्म से कहाँ भाग के जाओगे जी?

कितना भी दौड़ लो धूप में या छाँव में,

कर्म की छाया मिलेगी हर ठाँव में।

जो बोया है तुमने कभी चुपके से,

उगा मिलेगा किसी दिन सरेआम में।

धोखे से मिली जो जीत की ताली,

वक़्त उसके नीचे रखता है खाली थाली।

जिसे तुमने ठुकराया मजबूरी कहकर,

वो ही पल लौटेगा कहानी बनकर।

भागते रहो जीवन भर रिश्तों से, सच से,

कर्म बुनता रहेगा जाल हर पक्ष से।

जो आँसू दिए थे बिना वजह किसी को,

वही बनकर लौटेगा बूँद-बूँद बारिश को।

कसम से ये ब्रह्मांड किताब नहीं भूलता,

हर हरकत का लेखा-जोखा खुलता।

तुम समझते रहे खुद को चालाक खिलाड़ी,

कर्म ने बिछाई अपनी चालें प्यारी।

कभी सोचो –

किसी का अपमान, किसी का हक़ छीना,

कहीं कोई माँ तो कहीं बेटा रोया सीना।

तुम आगे बढ़े पर पीछे बहुत कुछ गिरा,

अब वो ही कर्म बनकर तुमसे आ मिलेगा।

तो अब भी समय है,संभल जाओ जी।

किस्मत नहीं, कर्म बदलो, वरना फिर पूछोगे –

"मेरे साथ ही क्यों?"और जवाब आएगा –

"कर्म से कहाँ भाग के जाओगे जी?"

सच होता है, हमेशा होता है

सच होता है, हमेशा होता है,

चाहे लाख धुँध में छुपा रहे,

वो सूरज की तरह उदय होता है,

धीरे-धीरे, पर यकीनन होता है।

झूठ दौड़ता है तेज़, पर हाँफ जाता है,

सच धीरे चलता है, पर ठहर जाता है।

भीड़ भले ताली दे झूठ के नाम,

पर अंत में सच ही पाता है सम्मान।

सच रोता है, घुटता है, सहता है,

कभी गूंगा, कभी बहरा सा लगता है।

मगर जब बोलता है, तो दुनिया चुप हो जाती है,

हर नकाब उतर जाता है, हर आँख नम हो जाती है।

सच वो आईना है जो टूटा नहीं करता,

हर चेहरे की असलियत दिखा दिया करता।

सच वो बीज है, जो वक्त पर उगता है,

सूखे ज़मीन से भी हरियाली ला देता है।

जो सच के साथ चलता है, अकेला नहीं होता,

वो खुदा के सबसे क़रीब होता।

क्योंकि वक़्त के साथ सबकुछ मिटता है,

बस 'सच' ही है जो रह जाता है।

Growth and Change, the Success Mantra for Life

If you have found yourself in a slump and have gotten to the point where you realize that your life is not how you want it to be and you have to change, then change. It is not an easy thing to do, but if you do not like the way you are, then figure out how you want to be and work towards that. It is a hard thing, but it is worth it. There are steps to take to achieve what you want out of life.

What is it about yourself that you do not like? Affirm your "flaws", and write them down and work towards improving yourself. Also, don't worry about "putting yourself down." Be careful not to listen to other people who try to tell you, "You're putting yourself down." These "self-esteem" nuts do not necessarily understand. The thing with self-esteem is that sometimes it is nothing more than a sham. Self-esteem is a nice proposal, but if the whole point of self-esteem is to try to fool and lie to yourself into thinking you're something that you are not, then self-esteem is a very bad thing to have. A man shall not think more highly of himself than he ought.

Self-improvement and personal growth calls for brutal honesty. If you are fat, you must see yourself as fat. If you are anorexic, you must see yourself as anorexic. (Eat some food you skeleton) There is a healthy medium that must be found.

Write down the goals that you want to achieve. Break them down and set times for them. The only way to get somewhere is to take the journey. Don't try to make the whole trip in one time. You have to learn how to walk.

You must always progress towards your goals. It will help you feel better about yourself and any insecurity you have will be practically overshadowed by the sense of achievement you have due to the progress you have made.

You will always have some growing to do and some improvements to make to your life. There is no point where you should get complacent. If you do get complacent (which is ok, everyone does), you will likely regress. It is okay to rest and reward yourself. Then you must get back on track.

When you have reached your goals, it is good to pass it on to someone else in your position. However, that can be really tricky because you would have to remember how you were back then. Being down and having the experience of a failure can make one's mind like a wild animal. The best thing you could do for others is to encourage them. At the same time, you have to stay out of the way. People who are down and out need the time and the space to figure out who they are. It is not good for you to try to forge on them your idea of who they are. They have their own life and you must live yours. However, if you want to be there, be there to support them.

ACRES OF DIAMONDS

There was a farmer in Africa who was happy and content. He was happy because he was content. He was content because he was happy.

One day a wise man came to him and told him about the glory of diamonds and the power that goes along with them. The wise man said, "If you had a diamond the size of your thumb, you could have your own city. If you had a diamond the size of your fist, you could probably own your own country." And then he went away. That night the farmer couldn't sleep. He was unhappy and he was discontent. He was unhappy because he was discontent and discontent because he was unhappy.

The next morning he made arrangements to sell off his farm, took care of his family andwent in search of diamonds. He looked all over Africa and couldn't find any. He looked all through Europe and couldn't find any. When he got to Spain, he was emotionally, physically and financially broke. He got so disheartened that he threw himself into the Barcelona River and committed suicide. Back home, the person who had bought his farm was watering the camels at a streamthat ran through the farm. Across the stream, the rays of the morning sun hit a stone and made it sparkle like a rainbow. He thought it would look good on the mantle piece. He picked up the stone and put it in the living room. That afternoon the wise man came and saw the stone sparkling. He asked, "Is Hafiz back?" The new owner said, "No, why do you ask?" The wise man said, "Because that is a diamond. I recognize one when I see one." The man said, no, that's just a stone I picked up from the stream. Come, I'll show you. There are many more." They went and picked some samples and sent them for analysis. Sure enough, the stones were diamonds. They found that the farm was indeed covered with acres and acres of diamonds.*

What is the moral of this story?

There are five morals:

1. When our attitude is right, we realize that we are all walking on acres and acres of diamonds.

Whom, do we call educated?

First, those who manage well the circumstances which they encounter day by day; and

In a nutshell, educated persons are those who can choose wisely and courageously
under any circumstances. If they have the ability to choose between wisdom and
foolishness, between good and bad, between virtuousness and vulgarities, regardless of
the academic degrees they have, then they are educated.

Real Hero

Who is your real hero??? A Cricketer, a film star, a businessman or politician. Majority of heads has has one of them in their good book and do they admire them too. Why not, as their hero get full media exposure. These celebrities are easily available to you in daily news paper when you are having your morning tea and at Television during Prime Time. When you come back home from your workplace, were you have put your brain and body into rigorous more than 8 hours tussle, you often switch on television were you will find your celebrities in Reality show either as chief guest , judges or some other special programs  were these people is being interviewed.

             But, what about a guy who’s is giving basic medical services somewhere at Remote area were the accessing hospital and good doctors are hard nut for the unfortunate villagers. Same is true with the Mastereji  (School teacher) and a Women who runs a school in underprivileged area,which is the only source of knowledge to the  kids of underprivileged village, they don’t get much attention as their stories doesn’t attract advertisers and help them to generate big source of income because of the less number of readers are there of such stories ,as they get in case of flashing the news related to the Cricketer or any renowned Businessman.Yet, these stories should be told and flashed again and again. Above all we need to tell the stories of our real hero because they help to lift our eyes upward.

The directional difference between growth and development is getting finer day by day. The word development has become the government’s word to decorate their policy. Mass is concentrating on the growth for themselves it means that they are looking for quantity in this fast moving world. The quality is losing the ground for the people in spite of that the system wants to provide the quality. The social attributes of the man differentiates them from the animal, but in some context animals looks more civilized than man .where we lost thecourse this is the million dollar question? This outburst in the society is blamed to the professionalization of the system is good but at what extent? Who will decide it? Why this spatiotemporal variation that commonly seen in the attitude of the people. The difference between saying and doing is widening. so the words like tradition, ethics, moral, cooperation, care, respect, self-esteem exists in our day to day life and what does in means for? These are not the tricky questions but very simple and important one for our existence and identity. The 21^st century is struggling to hold this value .The blind race of development and growth is the essence of the 21^stcentury however this race has given the better life and services to the people but it came with the heavy cost of nucleation, negativeacculturation, ethicaldilema,pollution and a complete paradigm shift to the attitude of the people. I don’t care is the conceptual slogan followed by the people now a days.

The most important component of the population is the youth. The youth are the trend setter for the civilization they are in dominant proportion in the population they are the main working force and great contributor for the socioeconomic equation. The youth plays very important role in the family because they are the most important link between two generation one is younger and another is older. So the youth is demographically enjoykey position in the society .That’s why the move of youth dictates the terms in the society.

When we take the Indian perspective India is the place of great traditions of cultural heritage which is deep rooted in Veda a,Upanishad, Gurugranth sahib, Sufism, budhism, Jainism and various other religious text.Coexistance of different cultural regime under one umbrella, unity in diversity is the main component of Indian society. The historical perspective as far as youth icon is concerned starting from Prahlad,Krishna,arjuna,yudhisthira from Mahabharata time and then the great Samudragupta The grate warior,Ashoka the great and Akbar the great Mahatma Buddha,Mahavir and in last century Bhagat SinghChandrasekhar Ajad swami Vivekananda Raja ram Mohan Roy were well pronounced. The inspiration of youth is certainly the above personality but the main concern is that only the posters of icons are found in the walls but the philosophy and thoughts are losing the steam in the blind game of development. Western culture is laminating the Indian youth this is the cost of development country is paying.

More than 200years of British rule has tried their best to ruined the cultural heritage of the country however the bits and paces if Indian culture is still strong enough to give the lesion to our youth and the world as well. India is emerging as the knowledge power India has largest population of skillful people more than 36%are youth .our youth somewhat influenced by the westernization but still they are Indian from their sole and the sole effect has enough potential to tune their thought, to enlighten them.

Success gradient!!!!! what`s this???? You must be confused!!!!! Ok ,I will make u clear about the term. Have ever been across to the term “spontaneous process”. If you know then fine, if you don`t know don’t worry i will make clear right know.

Spontaneous process in nature occurs only in one direction. Heat flows always from a body at higher temperature to body at a lower temperature, water always flows downward, time always flows forward direction. The reverse of these never happens spontaneously. The spontaneity of these physical processes is due to the driving force or cause. The typical forces like temperature gradient is cause of flow of temperature and concentration difference is cause of flow of water. In the same manner success gradient is the cause attainment of success in life. The only difference in the physical gradient and success gradient is-In physical gradient the flow is from higher to lower concentration whereas in success flow is from lower to higher......higher.......higher......Concentration. Success gradient got various driving force or cause in it. Economic and social status is couple of them. The difference of attainment of achievement which persists among individual is the success gradient which derives every individual to achieve new goal and as long this difference persist flow of success continues.....so we need to maintain this success gradient to get higher......higher....higher...................................... TWO FRIENDS WERE WALKING
THROUGH THE DESERT .
DURING SOME POINT OF THE
JOURNEY, THEY HAD AN
ARGUMENT; AND ONE FRIEND
SLAPPED THE OTHER ONE
IN THE FACE


THE ONE WHO GOT SLAPPED
WAS HURT, BUT WITHOUT
SAYING ANYTHING,
WROTE IN THE SAND ,

TODAY MY BEST FRIEND
SLAPPED ME IN THE FACE ..

THEY KEPT ON WALKING,
UNTIL THEY FOUND AN OASIS,
WHERE THEY DECIDED
TO TAKE A BATH .

THE ONE WHO HAD BEEN
SLAPPED GOT STUCK IN THE
MIRE AND STARTED DROWNING,
BUT THE FRIEND SAVED HIM.

AFTER HE RECOVERED FROM
THE NEAR DROWNING,
HE WROTE ON A STONE:

"TODAY MY BEST FRIEND
SAVED MY LIFE"

THE FRIEND WHO HAD SLAPPED
AND SAVED HIS BEST FRIEND
ASKED HIM, "AFTER I HURT YOU,
YOU WROTE IN THE SAND AND NOW,
YOU WRITE ON A STONE, WHY?"

THE FRIEND REPLIED
"WHEN SOMEONE HURTS US
WE SHOULD WRITE IT DOWN
IN SAND, WHERE WINDS OF
FORGIVENESS CAN ERASE IT AWAY.

BUT, WHEN SOMEONE DOES
SOMETHING GOOD FOR US,
WE MUST ENGRAVE IT IN STONE
WHERE NO WIND
CAN EVER ERASE IT"

Technologies that improve mankind, maybe a little too much

It seems like the endless legal struggle to be allowed to compete in the Olympics took its toll on cyborg sprinter Oscar Pistorious -- he didn't qualify for the South African Olympic team , after failing to run the 400 under the 45.55 second minimum required to make the trip to Beijing. Interestingly, Pistorious's 46.25-second time was his best ever, even though critics claimed that the double-amputee's "Cheetah" prosthetics allowed him to use only 25 percent of the energy used by traditional runners. That's not the last we'll see of Oscar, though -- he says he's happy with his season's results, and he'll be back to try out for the 2012 Games in London.
